Guangzhou Emissions Trading Center signs a memorandum of cooperation with Shanghai Clearing House.

On September 23, at the Regional Carbon Market Innovation and Development Seminar of the China Carbon Market Conference, the Guangzhou Emissions Rights Exchange and the Shanghai Clearing House signed a cooperation agreement on conducting standardized buy-back operations for carbon emissions rights in Guangdong.
