2025 Zhejiang Openness Index Released Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jinhua Rank Top Three in Openness Index

On September 25, 2025, the Zhejiang Openness Index was officially released at the 4th Global Digital Trade Expo. The 2025 Zhejiang Openness Index score was 133.9, an increase of 4.1% from the previous year. The openness index of each city has increased, with Hangzhou, Ningbo, and Jinhua ranking in the top three.
