Putin is about to raise wages.

According to reports quoting documents from TASS, the salaries of Russian President Putin and Prime Minister Mishustin will be indexed by 7.6% starting from October 1st. The report states that this is the first salary increase for high-ranking government officials in Russia in two years. In addition to the President and Prime Minister, the salaries of Russian Deputy Prime Ministers, ministers, the Prosecutor General, the chairman of the Investigative Committee, and federal judges will also increase by 7.6%.
