According to the QiChaCha app, Hangzhou Doucool Software Technology Co., Ltd. recently underwent a change in business registration, with Zhejiang Shanzichaoying Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanzigaoke, added as a shareholder holding 95.5% of the shares. At the same time, OPPO Guangdong Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. reduced its stake in the company from 100% to 4.5%. Information from QiChaCha shows that the company was established in 2019 with a registered capital of approximately 1.869 billion yuan. Its business scope includes the development of computer software and hardware, internet and mobile internet software products, electronic products, mobile communication terminal equipment software, hardware, technology development, technology consulting, and technology services. It is reported that Hangzhou Doucool Software Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the OPPO Global Mobile Terminal R&D Headquarters project in the core area of Hangzhou Yuhang District Future Science and Technology City. In November 2024, it was officially confirmed that the construction of the OPPO project was temporarily suspended on-site due to adjustments in the plan.
