The Zhitong Financial APP News, Wisdom Source Technology (01116) announced that the company has, through its subsidiary Guangzhou Meiya, signed a memorandum of cooperation (Memorandum of Cooperation) with Environmental Process Systems Limited (EPS), a company registered in the UK, on August 22, 2025.
