According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Guangzhou Chen Tian Yunshan Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. was established, with Zheng Shaohui as the legal representative. Its business scope includes information technology consulting services, house demolition services, real estate consulting, real estate brokerage, etc. According to Qi Cha Cha's equity penetration, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Agile Property Holdings.
