According to data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA), last month, the number of new car registrations for BYD models in the European Union doubled to 9,130 units. Including the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland, sales more than doubled to 11,455 units. New car registrations can reflect sales. Sales of Chinese state-owned car manufacturer SAIC Group also saw strong growth. According to ACEA data, in August, new car registrations for SAIC Group models in the EU surged by 59% to 12,822 units.
