On September 24, according to data from the China Passenger Car Association, from September 1st to 21st, the national retail sales of new energy passenger vehicles reached 697,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 10% compared to the same period in September last year, and an 11% increase from the previous month. The retail penetration rate of new energy passenger vehicles in the country was 58.5%. Cumulatively, there have been 8.267 million units sold this year, a 24% increase compared to the same period last year. From September 1st to 21st, the wholesale of new energy passenger vehicles by national car manufacturers reached 724,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 10% compared to the same period in September last year, and a 19% increase from the previous month. The wholesale penetration rate of new energy passenger vehicles by national car manufacturers was 55.4%. Cumulatively, there have been 9.668 million units wholesaled this year, a 31% increase compared to the same period last year.
