Hong Kong will unveil its roadmap for "fixed income and currency".

According to the application of Wisdom Financial, Carrie Lam, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, mentioned in a new "policy address" that the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (00388.HK) will increase market outreach and encourage more companies to issue bonds in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority will release a roadmap for "fixed income and currency" to explain relevant details. The report mentioned that the roadmap will be announced around the "Hong Kong Fixed Income and Currency Forum 2025" scheduled for tomorrow, but due to the impact of a super typhoon, the forum will be conducted online.
