On September 24, Jiali announced that the company plans to transfer 35% equity of its invested company Xi'an Junhui Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. to Yunshu Zhihang, controlled by the actual controller. The transaction price is 20.8699 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Junhui Aviation.
