Shandong: Continuously advancing urban renewal action.

Recently, Shandong Province issued the "Implementation Opinions on Continuously Promoting Urban Renewal Actions", aiming to address the issues of limited sources of urban renewal funds and difficulties in financing. The document promotes the establishment of a sustainable financing model that can balance input and output, be affordable for the government, and ensure long-term project operation. Specific policy measures are proposed from three aspects, including strengthening policy and financial support, actively introducing social capital, and increasing financial support. The aim is to empower and support urban renewal while controlling debt risks.
