Henan Province issues another round of retail and catering consumption vouchers.

Henan Province is about to issue the fourth round of retail catering consumption vouchers. On September 24th, the Department of Commerce of Henan Province announced this plan. The "Colorful Summer Enjoy Henan" consumer promotion activity will distribute the last batch of vouchers to the people of the province at 10:00 on September 26th. The vouchers are available in two denominations, 20 yuan and 50 yuan, and all individuals in Henan can receive them through Alipay and UnionPay.
