Geely Automobile: the company, Geely Holding Group, Faraday Commercial Vehicle and Shandong Geely New Energy have signed a cooperation and purchase agreement for the production of complete vehicles and complete vehicle sets.

On the afternoon of September 24th, Geely Automobile announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that, due to the launch of new models under the Geely and Lynk & Co brands and the company's insufficient production capacity, a cooperation manufacturing and procurement agreement for complete vehicles and vehicle kits has been reached with Farasis Commercial Vehicle and Shandong Geely New Energy. The agreement is valid for three years, from the completion date to December 31, 2027. Under the agreement, the group has conditionally agreed to purchase complete vehicles and vehicle kits for Geely, Lynk & Co, and Geometry brands from Farasis Commercial Vehicle, Shandong Geely New Energy, and Geely Holding groups. These entities are designated production partners for complete vehicles and vehicle kits by the group. This new agreement will replace the existing cooperation manufacturing and procurement agreement for complete vehicles and vehicle kits.
