Alibaba Cloud CTO Zhou Jingren: Tongyi Qianwen has open-sourced over 300 models, with a total download volume exceeding 600 million.

At the 2025 Yunqi Conference, Zhou Jingren, Chief Technology Officer of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group, revealed that up to now, Tahir Qianwen has opened a cumulative total of 300+ open source models, covering all sizes and all modal models, and the download volume of open source models has exceeded 6 billion+. At the conference, Alibaba Cloud also released several new models such as Qwen3-VL. According to Zhou Jingren, Tahir Vision has generated more than 390 million images and over 70 million videos.
