The controlling shareholder of the company, Zhou Dafu Investment, plans to sign an "Asset Donation Agreement" with the company to donate 51% of its equity in Boda Digital Technology to the company. The company does not need to pay any consideration and is not subject to any obligations. After this donation is completed, the company will hold 51% equity in Boda Digital Technology, which will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
