Tencent Holdings announced that the company has completed the issuance of a total of 9 billion yuan in notes under its global medium-term note program. The issuance includes 2.1% senior notes due in 2030 with a principal amount of 2 billion yuan, 2.5% senior notes due in 2035 with a principal amount of 6 billion yuan, and 3.1% senior notes due in 2055 with a principal amount of 1 billion yuan. The issuance of these notes was completed after multiple revisions and updates to the initial plan.
