China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 5.51 million shares for approximately 22.443 million Hong Kong dollars on the same day in Hong Kong, at a repurchase price of 4.07 to 4.09 Hong Kong dollars per share.
