Aerospace Technology: Subsidiary plans to transfer 49.45 million yuan of intangible assets by listing.

Aerospace Technology announced that its holding subsidiary, Aerospace Science and Technology Inertial Technology Co., Ltd., plans to transfer 50% of its holding of the oil-related intangible asset portfolio through public listing, with a starting price of 49.45 million yuan. The intangible assets include 2 software copyrights and 117 patents and proprietary technologies. Tian Shi and Chuang are interested in purchasing, but the uncertainty exists as the trading partners and price have not been determined. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring and still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting. The proceeds from the transaction will be used for the daily operations and core business development of the Inertial Company.
