Wolfgang Nuclear Materials: Holding subsidiary plans to invest 1 billion yuan in the construction of the Sci-Tech New Materials project.

Woll Core Materials announced that the company held a board meeting on September 22, 2025, and agreed to allow its holding subsidiary, Shanghai Kete New Materials Co., Ltd., to invest in and construct the Kete New Materials project in Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, with an investment not exceeding 1 billion RMB. The project will be a research, development, production, and sales base for high-performance products such as thermal runaway protection products for power batteries, refractory products, and electronic components. The investment will include approximately 360 million RMB for infrastructure, 240 million RMB for equipment, and 400 million RMB for working capital.
