China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce: From January to August, the cumulative export of textiles and clothing reached 197.28 billion US dollars, a decrease of 0.2%.

According to the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles, based on the data released by the GTF on September 22, China's total textile and apparel exports from January to August 2025 reached $197.28 billion, a decrease of 0.2%. Among them, textile and apparel exports in August were $26.54 billion, a decrease of 5%. From January to August, textile exports reached $94.52 billion, an increase of 1.6%; apparel exports reached $102.77 billion, a decrease of 1.7%. In August, textile exports were $12.39 billion, an increase of 1.5%; apparel exports were $14.15 billion, a decrease of 10%.
