Henan takes action to rectify the chaos of live broadcasting of jade artifacts, and the 50 billion yuan jade carving industry is moving towards "transparent transactions"

Deputy Director and Chief Inspector of the Market Supervision Administration of Henan Province, Li Shutian, stated that Henan Province adheres to comprehensive measures both online and offline to promote the healthy development of the jade industry. This year, 23 cases of violations have been filed, with 1 case being referred to the public security organs and 4 individuals being criminally detained. It is reported that Henan is advancing the "two division and two standards" initiative to support industrial development. "Two division" includes categorizing and archiving, conducting categorization inspections on e-commerce live broadcasts, market stalls, and jade processing households, and establishing business entity files. "Two standards" include clear pricing, creating and distributing standardized "price tags" and "price tags" for goods; and clear identification, hanging or posting clear identification signs in each store, indicating the origin, category, merchant name, contact information, and business license number of the jade, so that consumers can buy with clarity and confidence.
