Zhixuan Finance APP news, Intercontinental Shipping (02409) announced that on September 23, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary SG Xinde Investment (HK) Limited (as the borrower) entered into a financing agreement with the company (as the guarantor) and a bank (as the lender), under which the lender agreed to provide the borrower with a maximum total amount of $42 million in term loan financing, subject to the terms of the financing agreement. The repayment date of the financing is three years from the date of first use of the financing, which can be extended to five years from the date of first use of the financing with the consent of both parties.
