Steady growth of CNC machine tool industry in Hunan Province, with operating revenue of large-scale enterprises increasing by 8.8% year-on-year in the first 7 months.

According to the special session on rail transportation activities for the "Industrial Mother Machine +" hundred industries and thousands of enterprises in Hunan Province, the scale of the CNC machine tool industry in our province continues to expand. From January to July, 485 large-scale machine tool and tool enterprises in the province achieved operating income of 29.09 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.8%, demonstrating strong development momentum. It is reported that the domestication rate of high-end CNC machine tools in the domestic market is still less than 10%, and there is an urgent need for key core technology breakthroughs and localization substitutions. A batch of enterprises in the province such as Yuhuan CNC, Zhongdachuangyuan, Huashuoke, and Sisheng Intelligent have gradually broken through foreign technological monopolies, achieving technological breakthroughs in key areas such as CNC gear grinding machines, vertical grinding, and spiral bevel gear equipment, and realizing imports substitution. Up to now, the province has cultivated 12 national-level specialized and new "little giant" enterprises, 1 national-level single-item champion enterprise, 58 provincial-level specialized and new enterprises, and a preliminary formation of the high-quality enterprise gradient growth pattern.
