The Shanghai Composite Index has extended its decline to 1%, falling below the 3800 point mark.

The Shanghai Composite Index fell by 1% and dropped below 3800 points, the Shenzhen Component Index fell by more than 1%, and the ChiNext Index fell by 0.68%. Nearly 5000 individual stocks in the entire market experienced declines.
