The WiseFinancial APP News, Road King (01098.HK) announced that (a) due to personal work arrangements of Ms. Cai Xun and Mr. Yuan Yang, they have resigned from the position of non-executive director of the company; and (b) Mr. Yan Zhongyu and Ms. Deng Hongyu have been appointed as non-executive directors of the company, both effective from September 23, 2025.
