Chinese tech company Kingsoft Corporation Limited (03788.HK) plans to discount approximately 14.7% of its issued shares totaling 75 million shares, raising about HK$231 million.
The Zhitong Financial News APP announced that China Rare King (03788.HK) issued a notice stating that on September 22, 2025, the company entered into a subscription agreement with subscribers, under which the company conditionally agreed to issue and distribute shares, and Zijin Global Fund (Subscriber One) conditionally agreed to subscribe for 25 million shares at a subscription price of 3.13 Hong Kong dollars per share; and Jinshan (Subscriber Two) conditionally agreed to subscribe for 50 million shares at a subscription price of 3.13 Hong Kong dollars per share. The number of subscribed shares represents approximately 3.69% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company after the issuance and distribution of the subscribed shares.
