ETHZilla (NASDAQ stock code: ETHZ) announced a collaboration with existing convertible bond investors to raise an additional $3.5 billion through the issuance of new convertible bonds. The new bonds will have an annual interest rate of 2%. ETHZilla will receive excess interest income of approximately $500 million from the total interest-bearing securities portfolio.
