Wisdom Finance and Economics APP News, Maanshan Iron and Steel Corporation (00323.HK) announced that on September 22, 2025, Ma Steel Limited and Baowu Water Services, along with eighteen other shareholders, signed a capital reduction agreement. According to the capital reduction agreement, three shareholders, including Ma Steel Limited, will participate in this capital reduction, while the remaining sixteen shareholders will not. Ma Steel Limited will reduce its stake in Baowu Water Services by RMB 538 million (including taxes) by pricing Baowu Water Services' recycled water assets. Ma Steel Limited's shareholding in Baowu Water Services will decrease from 14.977% to 3.151%.
