Announcement from Tianci Materials: A cooperation agreement has been signed between our wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Tianci, and Ruipulan Jun. By the end of 2030, Ruipulan Jun will purchase a total of no less than 800,000 tons of electrolyte products from Jiujiang Tianci. Specific purchase quantity, unit price, specifications, and models are based on the confirmed purchase orders between both parties. This cooperation will help both parties form a close supply-demand linkage and positively impact the company's operational performance from 2026 to 2030.
