Announcement of material gift from heaven, Guangzhou Tianci Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. has submitted an application for the first public offering of H shares to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 22, 2025, and has also applied for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The application materials for this offering were published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day.
