China Electric Motor: Wang Jiankai plans to reduce his stake by 3%

China Electric Motor Co., Ltd. announced that shareholder Wang Jiankai currently holds 22.6871 million shares of the company, accounting for 9.65%; due to personal fund needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by a total of no more than 7.056 million shares from October 22, 2025 to January 21, 2026 through centralized bidding and block trading methods, with a maximum reduction of 3%. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 2.352 million shares, accounting for 1%; the reduction through block trading will not exceed 4.704 million shares, accounting for 2%.
