As of 4:00 pm on September 17, 2025 (Wednesday), a total of 10 valid acceptances have been received, involving a total of 120 million shares offered, accounting for approximately 81.1% of all shares offered. Therefore, the undersubscribed portion of the rights issue is 27.8036 million shares, accounting for approximately 18.9% of all shares offered, and will be dealt with according to the compensation arrangement.
