Zhixun Finance APP News, Enlightenment Design (300500.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 51% of the equity of its controlling subsidiary Beijing Bilude Architectural Consulting Co., Ltd. ("Beijing Bilude") to its controlling subsidiary Shenzhen Bilude Architectural Consulting Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Bilude") at a price of RMB 5.0911 million; and transfer 51% of the equity of Shenzhen Bilude to Shenzhen Taihe Diexu Space Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Taihe Diexu") at a price of RMB 6.2548 million. After the completion of the transaction, the company will no longer hold equity in Beijing Bilude and Shenzhen Bilude, and Beijing Bilude and Shenzhen Bilude will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. It is reported that this equity transfer can optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, focus on core business development, and enhance the company's profitability.
