Jiaozuo Wanfang Announcement: The company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from director Wang Yimin. Mr. Wang Yimin, for personal reasons, applied to resign from the position of company director and also requested to resign from the positions of member of the Board Strategic Committee and Nomination Committee. Mr. Wang Yimin was originally appointed for a term of three years from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting on August 18, 2025. His written resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors. The company will promptly complete the selection of new directors and the election of members of the special committees.
