Oriental Pearl announcement: The company plans to subscribe for a total investment of 244 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for approximately 34.164% of the fundraising scale of the Advanced Computation Phase II Fund, and serve as a limited partner. The fund intends to acquire equity in Superfusion Digital Technology Co., Ltd. through equity investment, and achieve investment returns through the appreciation of Superfusion's equity. The fundraising scale of the fund is 714 million yuan, with the company's total investment of 499 million yuan in this and previous rounds, within the authorized amount by the company's Board of Directors Strategic and Investment Committee. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring.
