FAW Group's acquisition of the equity of Zhuoyu Technology has entered the public notice period.

According to the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation, on September 22nd, China First Automobile Group Co., Ltd. announced that the acquisition of equity in Shenzhen Zhuoyu Technology Co., Ltd. entered the public notification period. China First Automobile Group Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with New Territory Technology Company Limited and Shenzhen Zhuoyu Technology Co., Ltd., intending to increase capital and acquire the equity of Zhuoyu Technology held by New Territory. Zhuoyu Technology is mainly engaged in advanced driver assistance systems business. Prior to the transaction, New Territory held 70.65% equity in Zhuoyu Technology and solely controlled the company. After the transaction, China First Automobile Group holds 35.80% equity in Zhuoyu Technology, New Territory holds 34.85% equity in Zhuoyu Technology, and both parties will jointly control Zhuoyu Technology.
