Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Xiong Jijun met with Liu Zhaoxuan, Chairman of the Taiwan Businessmen Association at the Cross-Strait Entrepreneurs Summit.

On September 22, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Xiong Jijun met with the Chairman of the Taiwan side of the Cross-Strait Entrepreneurs Summit, Liu Zhaoxuan, in Beijing. The two sides exchanged views on topics such as cross-strait industrial exchanges and cooperation. Xiong Jijun stated that there is strong complementarity between the industries on both sides of the strait, and there is huge potential for cooperation. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will continue to implement policies that benefit Taiwan and its people, supporting Taiwanese enterprises in participating in the process of new industrialization, and creating a favorable environment for Taiwanese compatriots and businesses to start businesses in mainland China, continuously deepening the integration and development of industries across the strait. Liu Zhaoxuan expressed that the Cross-Strait Entrepreneurs Summit will serve as a bridge and link between entrepreneurs on both sides, supporting Taiwanese companies in establishing themselves and developing in mainland China, actively exploring new models and approaches for cooperation, and achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.
