Tsinghua Unigroup establishes a new intelligent technology company in Tianjin.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, ZiLuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Tao Dou as its legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of intelligent instruments and meters, sales of IoT devices, and IoT application services. According to equity penetration data from QiChaCha, the company is wholly owned by ZiGuang Yun Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ZiGuang Group.
