On September 21, NIO CEO Li Bin stated in an interview that "reducing accident rates" and "usage duration" are two core indicators used to assess the capabilities of intelligent driving. He mentioned, "Currently, there is no company in the industry brave enough to publicly disclose the usage duration data of urban intelligent driving. This just shows that there is still immense room for improvement in the availability and efficiency of intelligent driving." He anticipates that in the next one to two years, through model optimization, algorithm optimization, data closed-loop, and other methods, intelligent driving is expected to undergo a true qualitative change.
