On September 19, Hainan Holdings and China Telecom held a working discussion. The two sides had in-depth discussions on cooperation opportunities in the fields of low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, quantum technology, and others. Liu Guiqing, the general manager of China Telecom, and Li Guohong, the general manager of Hainan Holdings, attended the discussion. Liu Guiqing expressed the hope that both sides will jointly explore application scenarios and innovative solutions in the areas of low-altitude economy, quantum technology, and visual networking that meet the needs of Hainan Free Trade Port development. Li Guohong stated that he hopes the discussion will serve as an opportunity for both sides to further expand cooperation space and jointly explore new models of cooperation between central and local state-owned enterprises, create more exemplary and leading projects in the fields of low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, and data computing power, and help promote the development of new productive forces, injecting new momentum into the construction of the free trade port.
