The Zhixun Finance and Economic APP reported that China Zhengsheng (00209.HK) announced that all conditions stated in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement has been completed on September 19, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. According to the placement agreement, the company has issued and distributed a total of 30.9515 million shares at a placement price of HK$0.35 per share to no fewer than six underwriters, representing approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital (after the issuance and distribution of the placement shares).
