China Fortune Financial News APP news, Coulomb Biotech-B (06990.HK) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has reviewed and approved the implementation of full circulation (H-share circulation) of up to 3,572,100 domestic shares and 4,642,200 non-listed foreign shares held by certain shareholders of the Company. On the same day, the Company has submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission the record application for the full circulation of H shares.
