Tianneng Intelligent Announcement: The controlling shareholder of the company, Shanghai Mingjia Investment Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Jinhe Investment Management Co., Ltd. have reached a consensus to terminate the agreement to transfer 8.54 million unrestricted shares, accounting for 7.90% of the total share capital of the company. This agreement transfer has not been actually implemented and will not have any impact on the company's governance structure and daily production and operation.
