National Medical Products Administration issued the "Opinions on Deepening Cosmetics Regulation Reform to Promote High-Quality Development of the Industry (Draft for Soliciting Comments)"

According to the Securities Times APP, on September 19th, the State Drug Administration issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Cosmetics Supervision to Promote High-quality Development of the Industry (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)", which mentioned encouraging new cosmetics products to be first launched in China. In line with international high standards of economic and trade rules, China will cultivate the first-issue economy in the cosmetics field and consider innovative internationally leading cosmetics products that are first launched in China or simultaneously launched in China and other countries (regions) as cosmetics specifically produced for export to China. These products are exempt from submitting proof of being already marketed in the production country or region after meeting the requirements for cosmetics registration and record-filing in China.
