GAC Group: Yan Zhuangli resigns as deputy general manager.

Guangzhou Automobile Group announced on September 19 that the Board of Directors recently received a resignation letter from the company's Vice General Manager Yan Zhuangli. Due to personal reasons, he has applied to resign from the positions of Vice General Manager and member of the Executive Committee, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. Yan Zhuangli's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors.
