Zhang Qingwei attended the 80th National Day reception of the Vietnamese Embassy in China.

Zhang Qingwei, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, attended the 80th anniversary celebration of Vietnam's National Day held by the Vietnamese Embassy in China on September 19. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, Zhang Qingwei exchanged views on Sino-Vietnamese relations with the Vietnamese Ambassador to China, Pham Quang Minh.
