Germany's Uniper signs agreement to sell Datteln 4 coal-fired power plant.

On September 19, the German utility company Uniper announced that it has signed an agreement to sell the Datteln 4 coal-fired power plant in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany to ResInvest Group. Uniper stated that in addition to the coal infrastructure, the transaction also includes related thermal energy production facilities.
