On September 17th, the Hunan Securities Regulatory Bureau disclosed three regulatory penalty information. Huabao Securities Changsha Chazi Shandong Road branch was issued a warning letter for improperly soliciting account openings and refusing to cooperate with inspections, with the person in charge, Chen Yeli, also held accountable. The former investment advisor at the Hunan branch of Northeast Securities, Deng Zhimei, was also issued a warning letter. Another penalty announcement showed that Deng Zhimei, while serving as an investment advisor at the Hunan branch of Northeast Securities, invested in two external companies and introduced individual investors to conduct off-exchange stock options trading through the above-mentioned companies to earn profits.
