Notice on the Compilation of the List of Integrated Circuit Enterprises that Will Enjoy the VAT Additional Deduction Policy in 2025 by Four Departments

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation recently jointly issued a notice to deploy the work of formulating the list of integrated circuit enterprises that will enjoy the additional deduction policy in 2025. Enterprises applying to be included in the list should submit their applications in the information reporting system from September 25 to September 30 and from October 9 to October 14, 2025. After generating the necessary paper documents and affixing the corporate seal, they should submit the documents along with the necessary supporting materials to the industrial and information technology authorities of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, planned single-city municipalities, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
