Both parties are discussing the details of a potential agreement, but the final terms have not been determined. When asked about this, neither SAIC Group nor SAIC General Motors responded to inquiries from a reporter at First Financial. The 30-year joint venture agreement between SAIC General Motors is scheduled to expire in June 2027.
